How long does an end of tenancy clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property. A studio or one-bedroom flat can often be done in a few hours, while a larger house may take a full day or more than one cleaner. We will give you a realistic estimate with your quote.
Should the property be empty?
Ideally, yes. An empty property lets us clean inside every cupboard and wardrobe and reach every corner, which is what letting agents check. If some furniture is staying, just let us know.
Is oven cleaning included?
Yes. Cleaning inside and outside the oven, hob and extractor is part of our standard end of tenancy checklist, as it is one of the first things an inventory clerk checks.
What if the letting agent or landlord is not happy?
Send us the relevant part of the check-out report as soon as you receive it. If it flags anything covered by our clean, we will come back and re-clean those areas free of charge.
Do you clean carpets?
We vacuum all carpets as standard, and we also offer professional carpet cleaning as an add-on. Many tenancy agreements ask for it, so mention it when you request a quote and we can do both in one visit.
