Can you clean between check-out and check-in on the same day?
Yes. Changeover cleans are scheduled in the window between your guest checking out and the next guest arriving. Share your booking calendar or check-out times with us and we will plan around them.
Do you provide bed linen and towels?
We strip the beds and remake them with the fresh linen and towels you provide, and leave used linen where you would like it. Let us know your set-up when you ask for a quote.
Do you work weekends?
Yes. We work 7 days a week, which matters for short lets because many guests check out on weekends.
Will you restock guest supplies?
Yes. We can top up toiletries, toilet roll, tea, coffee and other essentials from the stock you keep at the property, and let you know when supplies are running low.
What if a guest leaves the property in a bad state?
We will let you know straight away, with photos where helpful, and agree any extra time needed before we carry on. We will also flag any damage or missing items we notice.
